All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pooja Comforts. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from us.
Standard check-in and check-out times are listed below. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Late check-out beyond 2:00 PM may be charged as an additional night's stay. Please inform reception in advance if you require a late check-out.
As per applicable Indian laws, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. This is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Payment for your stay must be settled as per the terms agreed at the time of booking. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.
All applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing government regulations. Rates displayed on the website may not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
Cancellations are subject to the following refund schedule. The cancellation period is calculated based on the check-in date.

Pooja Comforts takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. However, we are not liable for certain events beyond our reasonable control.
